Welcome to My Library
Welcome to my Library. I’ve been reading for longer than I can remember. My mother instilled my love of books and stories early enough that I’ve literally never been without them. I listened to audio dramas on cassette tapes and books on CDs to fall asleep. I took two books to school with me in case I finished one. When my middle school briefly tried to ban outside books, I, the perfect kid who never broke the rules, tore off the cover of my spelling book to hide what I was reading. In high school, books were my friends; in college, my escape. Now I typically read/listen to between 60- 80 books a year, almost exclusively on Libby (SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL LIBRARY) and occasionally on Spotify. Here I offer reviews, opinions, examinations, and any other synonyms about whatever books (and occasional fanfics, which still totally count) I come across.
